Launch in the field either south or north of the parking lot with extreme caution. The south field is bigger but the north field has a better opening to the water and is closer to the water. Edge out away from land where it gets really shallow and a slick is created.
It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
