Colombia is gaining recognition as a kitesurfing destination. With its lively culture, pristine beaches with Caribbean waters, and consistent trade winds, Colombia beckons riders to experience the thrill of kiteboarding amidst its tropical splendor.

The kitesurfing season in Colombia aligns with the consistent trade winds prevalent along its northern coast. The best time for kitesurfing is generally from December to April, when the trade winds, known as the “Alisios,” blow steadily from the northeast.
