Park here and walk along path unti lthere is a break in the pilings, walk out there and to the patch of grass rig and ride. Its offshore on a NE but with really shallow water.

Ride southeast and there are lots of little islands- hatteras style.

It is your responsibility to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
