Works on SW and NW, but can be very flukey. Advanced launch with very little downwind options.N winds have lots of beach goers and the winds tend to stay offshore. Watch out for underwater pipes and concrete blocks. Also a creasote piling just off the beach tends to eat kites.
It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
