When pulling up to this spot park on the roadside and cross the old fence line. This spot is pretty good grassy spot to setup you will then have to walk out through the willows to get to the lake depending on how high the water is in the reservoir. It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
