Overview

The main spot of St. Petersburg. A very long beach, on windy summer weekends there can be 2-3 hundred kiters here. On-shore or cross-shore West or south-west wind. Shallow depth, also there is a very shallow area for freestyle. In summer, you can ride here for a very, very long time, because there are “white nights” here. Sometimes there are storms here, sometimes you need 17m2 or hydrofoil. Main kite sizes is 12m and 9m for the 80kg rider. The wind is always different, it’s preferable to look at the ICON7 forecast model.

May-Oct.

It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
