EditThere is a kitespot tax of 40 ron/day or options for weekly/monthly/seasonal subscription to practice kitesurfing here.
Apart from the facilities listed, there are also storage lockers, a compressor, kite set-up area, “beach boy” to assist with launch & landing, ski jet rescue, and wifi.
It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
