Best in high tide. Very big difference between low and high tide!
Big and shallow water area all the way from Toguchi to Torii. Usually, flat without the waves – you can catch some of them passing the reef (ie going almost 1 km away from the shore).
Wind
Thermal and frontal wind, May – Nov
Dangers
Swimmers, strong currents, coral reef (very shallow water to pass over!) and sharp corals in the water (bring shoes as it is impossible to walk without destroying your feet!), wave breaker
It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
