Better in high tide. A lot of rocks in the water in low tide (large rocks 300 m out to the right from center beach, left side is clear but becomes rocky)
Small waves are always present with stronger winds. Kite on the side designated to kitesurfers, and don’t mix with windsurfers.
Sandy beach with a sandy bottom.
Careful when riding close to the bridge as the wind is stronger there and you can catch some turbulence.
Wind
Offshore wind is usually very gusty and inconsistent. Wind is stronger near the bridge (be careful!)
Dangers
Reef (bring shoes!), bridge, rocks, windsurfers.
It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
