Overview
EditGood all summer when hot weather causes Southerly inflow wind. The sandbar shows at tides below 5 feet an provides plenty of shallow water.
Costs $15 to kite per day, but they provide jet ski rescue so you can try unhooked tricks all kinds!
It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
