The prime kitesurfing season in Argentina generally spans from October to March. During this period, the Pampero winds and consistent coastal breezes create optimal conditions for kiteboarders. The best months are often from November to February, when the wind is most reliable. Also note that this is the Summer time ;)

The predominant wind, the Pampero, blows from the west and southwest, offering steady wind speeds ranging from 15 to 25 knots.

The capital Buenos Aires offers kitesurfing opportunities along the Rio de la Plata. Acassuso (north) and La Plata (south) areas provide accessible spots for riders to enjoy the sport against the backdrop of the cityscape.

Along the Paraná River, Rosario provides kitesurfers with spots like Rambla Catalunya and Palometa. On a good day spots can get packed!

Inland, Córdoba offers kitesurfing at Los Molinos and Los Espinillos on Los Molinos Reservoir with flat water conditions and reliable winds, making it an attractive option for riders in central Argentina. And kitesurfing there is popular!
