The “good” wind at La Loteta is “El Cierzo” that gets accelerated through the table mountain called “El Moncayo”. El cierzo is a N-NW reliable wind. The most reliable forecast by the locals is the ICON7 model.
Access to the spots is easiest when taking the road from the hotel “La Imperial”. From there onwards, the path is signaled.
There is a local club that has canvas set up on the ground for parking the kites. However, these are for members only (but not really enforced). Visitors should consider joining the club for giving back to the awesome work the club does in terms of facilities, competitions, and relations with authorities.

When it blows, it blows! 🙂 often up to 35 knts. Gusty wind.
It is your responsability to check whether kitesurfing is allowed at the spot; you might need a 'special permit' or membership from a local kite organization, etc. Local rules can change. Respect others - kiters or not; kite safely and enjoy the wind!
